Dr. Vladimir Kenis, MD, PhD.
 
Paediatric orthopaedic surgeon, Director for Development & International Communication, Head of Department of Foot & Ankle Surgery, Neuroorthopaedics, and Skeletal Dysplasias, The Turner Institute for Children’s Orthopedics, Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Born in Twer, Russia.
 
Education: Twer State Medical University, Twer, Russia (1991-1997).
 
PhD Thesis: “Surgical Correction of Knee Deformities in Children With Cerebral Palsy” (2003).
Doctor of Science Thesis, “Surgical Management of Foot Deformities in Children With Cerebral Palsy” (2014).
