The SMART Course is designed to address the global burden of traumatic injuries by providing orthopaedic surgeons in low- and middle-income countries with advanced training in limb-saving surgical techniques. By focusing on soft-tissue management and flap reconstruction, we empower local surgeons to prevent unnecessary amputations and improve long-term patient outcomes worldwide.
